Overdrive favorites WOUNDS will be bringing the filth and fury to the Academy in support of The Black Out.

The Blackout are excited to announce a headline tour this Autumn in support of their excellent new album, ‘Start The Party’. The band return to Ireland to play The Academy on Sunday 3rd November. Tickets €19 including booking fee are on sale now from www.ticketmaster.ie and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide. Check our the video for “Take Away The Misery” below.

We can’t wait to get back out. It feels like we haven’t played in forever. We’ve all gone a bit mad with cabin fever so expect an explosive show, it’s gonna be the last party tour to celebrate the end of Start the Party. Bring your dancing shoes and party heads” says singer Gavin Butler.

The Blackout will be supported by WOUNDS who have been sparking interest in America and the U.K  with their awesome debut release “Die Young” and the breakout infectious single “Dead Dead Fucking Dead”. The guys will be heading out on a seven date mini-berzerker  U.K tour with the awesome Baby Godzilla who featured in our video of the week last month.

Tickets for this show are selling as your reading this so, get your shit together and sort it out!
