Better Lovers comprises vocalist Greg Puciato (ex-The Dillinger Escape Plan), guitarist Jordan Buckley, drummer Clayton “Goose” Holyoak, bassist Stephen Micciche (all ex-Every Time I Die), and guitarist/producer Will Putney (Fit For An Autopsy). Since their formation in 2023, the band has garnered attention for their explosive live performances and genre-blending sound.
Their debut EP, God Made Me An Animal, laid the groundwork, but it’s with Highly Irresponsible, released on October 25, 2024, that Better Lovers have truly made their mark. The album, produced by Putney, showcases a fusion of metalcore intensity and hardcore punk aggression, clocking in at just under 35 minutes of relentless music.
With a lineup boasting some of the most respected names in the hardcore and metal scenes, Better Lovers’ EU/UK tour is poised to be one of the standout events of early 2025. Fans can anticipate a high-octane show blending technical prowess with raw energy—a testament to the band’s commitment to pushing genre boundaries.
