Now in it’s seventh year, Bloodstock Metal 2 The Masses Ireland returns with another blistering selection of bands that will be taking to the stage, not only for the coveted place at Bloodstock Open Air this August, but for a chance to reach bigger audiences in Ireland and across the UK and Europe.
2020’s live dates have now been revealed (see below) and will no doubt deliver a selection of unpredictable showcases brining of some of the countries best unsigned underground/alternative heavy music to the foreground.

This year’s Metal 2 The Masses Ireland welcomes a new host of media partners featuring Tower Records Dublin, who will be stocking all semi-finalists EP’s/CD’s/LP’s with a promotional campaign from Overdrive.
The highly-respected Trackmix Studio has also come on board and will be offering all six finalists a FREE session in the Dublin-based studio. How awesome is that?
Our friends in Forbidden Planet will be getting involved to promote the events in their busy Dublin city centre location and will be offering their support for all the live shows.

We are delighted to announce that Vocalzone will be back once again to represent the grass roots of Irish metal and will be offering all bands a selection of their products over the series of live events from late January to the final on May 16th.

Bloodstock Open Air 2020 will be celebrating it’s 20th Anniversary with the likes of Devin Townsend (UK Exclusive), Behemoth and Judas Priest 50th Anniversary show (UK Exclusive) as well as a fierce line up that includes, Paradise Lost, Vio-Lence, Sacred Reich, Jinjer, Diamond Head, Skindred, Life of Agony, The Black Dahlia Murder and many more.
