L.A’s notorious, multi-platinum-selling rock band, Buckcherry, will be taking to the stage in Dublin’s Whelan’s and Belfast’s Limelight for the Irish leg of their European tour. Get all the details below!

Following the release of their 7th studio album, Rock ‘n’ Roll,  via F-Bomb Records/Caroline in August last year, hard rocking sleaze merchants, Buckcherry will once again be returning to Ireland to lay waste to the Limelight 2 in Belfast and Whelan’s in Dublin this coming October.

DME Promotions have confirmed that the band will be playing these exclusive shows on October 12th in Belfast and 13th in Dublin.

On their recent Rock ‘n’ Roll album, the Los Angeles quintet—Josh Todd [vocals], Keith Nelson [guitar], Stevie D. [guitar], Xavier Muriel [drums], and Kelly LeMieux [bass]—staunchly uphold the commandments of rock music with an arsenal of new anthems primed to explode on impact and teeming with riotous energy, sexy swagger, and primal chops intact. It’s something that the boys have done since day one, but it’s more necessary now than ever.

“There’s been so much talk about how rock ‘n’ roll is dead and all of this bullshit,” says Todd. “The funny thing is, that’s been going on since we put out our first record in 1999. We wanted to call the new album Rock ‘n’ Roll, because this is what we’ve been doing our whole lives. We focused on making a record that encompasses all of what we are. You get every flavor of Buckcherry.”

In anticipation for the bands return to Ireland, Overdrive has put together a kick-ass playlist of some of the best of Buckcherry. So get stuck in and don’t forget to get your tickets to one of these shows when they go on sale Friday 6th May from Tickets.ie and Sound Cellar.
