CLANG METAL FESTIVAL RESCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 26TH. ALL TICKETS REMAIN VALID

With the ongoing chaos that has gripped the world thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, there is no surprise that a multitude of live events has either been cancelled or rescheduled.

Overdrive can confirm that Clang Metal Festival will still be taking place on the new rescheduled date of Saturday, 26th September in Dublin’s National Stadium with ALL existing tickets remaining valid.

A statement from Clang booking agent Rob Curran reads;

“Clang Metal festival re-schedules!

Some good news for Irish Metal Fans. Clang Metal Festival has successfully re-scheduled the event for Saturday, September 26th, 2020 at the National Stadium in Dublin. Clang is NOT being cancelled.

Saturday, the 26th of September will continue with performances from, Candlemass, CoronerXentrix, The Modern Age Slavery, KLOGR, AeSect, Conjuring Fate, Words That Burn, Sinnocence, Two Tales of Woe, Scimitar, The Risen Dread, Grave Sermon and Strangers With Guns are all confirmed for this new rescheduled date. 

Clang Metal Festival is going ahead, Same venue, Same price, but with a new date.

Unfortunately, Acid Reign cannot make the date in September, but we are planning a special event with them that will be FREE to Clang ticket holders.

Acid Reign will perform in Ireland with Clang Ticket Holders gaining FREE admission.

We are currently in talks with another band to fill the slot, but more on both this news at a later date.  All existing tickets are still valid for the new date.
