2017 was a transcendental year seeing Courtesans perform such festivals as Bloodstock and Amplified. They performed with Wednesday 13 and a sold-out tour with the controversial King 810 at the start of 2018. Courtesans have taken a little hiatus from touring to concentrate on their forthcoming album. But now they’re back and stepping into Ireland to perform at On The Rox their Dublin debut gig before playing the main stage at Sunflower Festival.
Courtesans wear their hearts on their sleeves and delve into the deep, taking you through what it is to feel alive and not shying away from the very things that make us human. Their music echoes that eclectic range of emotions, taking inspiration from Deftones and The Streets, touting a socioeconomic narrative. Leave your inhibitions at home and watch Courtesans as they perform their Irish debut.
