Overdrive can now reveal that the Celbridge based metal titans will be performing at this year’s Download Festival, sharing a bill with the likes of System of a Down, Aerosmith, Slayer, Biffy Clyro, Opeth, Clutch and Rob Zombie, to name but a few.
With their critically acclaimed ‘Throne of Bones‘ album reaching the ‘best of ‘ lists of 2016 across the metal kingdom, Dead Label have been busy keeping a fast-paced momentum with new material in the works, as well as live dates across Europe and the UK for the remainder of the year, to which will be revealed in due course.

Download Festival UK announced their 2017 headliners with Aerosmith, System of a Down and Biffy Clyro all confirmed prior to Christmas. They will be joined by Red Fang, Rob Zombie, Slayer, Alterbridge, AFI and many, more which you can check out below.
Overdrive can reveal that a further more plethora of bands have been added to this year’s bill with A Day to Remember, Alestorm, Anathema, Baroness, Brutai, Creeper, Dinosaur Pile-up, Hacktivist, Kvelertak, Sabaton, Steel Panther, Suicidal Tendencies, The Cadalic Three, The Devil Wears Prada, Dillinger Escape Plan and Wednesday 13 as well as many more.

This year’s Download performance from Dead Label will mark the band’s debut at the festival and will further endorse their popularity with punters outside of Ireland. The band have also been confirmed for Scotland’s, Wildfire Festival, which will be taking place between 23rd and 25th of Jun. For more information, click the link below.
To celebrate the band’s confirmation for Download and Wildfire, Dead Label will be taking to the stage in Dublin’s Fibber Magees for a special live performance this Saturday night, (February 4th), as special guests for the Bloodstock, Ireland Metal 2 The Masses Heat 2 event.
