DEVIN TOWNSEND DELIVERS A SOLID GOLD PERFORMANCE AT BLOODSTOCK.

There are certain artists that go above and beyond when it comes to their performance and Devin Townsend is no exception.

From his relentless commitment to performing at this year’s Bloodstock Festival, the Canadian virtuoso arrived in the UK ten days prior to his show, confining himself to isolation in a hotel room.

With a warm-up show in Manchester the night before [Thursday, 12th], Townsend assembled a group of musicians for the headline slot at Bloodstock, which by then had only been performing together for only three days!!

Opening up with a classic Stapping Young Lad gem, ‘Aftermath‘ cracked open the nights’ proceedings and was swiftly followed by a plethora of deep cuts spanning his impressive discography.
