Are you heading to Slane Castle on June 8th to see Metallica? Dublin Bus have just announced travel service to and from the venue with an early-bird discount offer.

Metallica’s WorldWired Tour comes to Slane Castle on Saturday 8th June for their first Irish show in a decade with special guests, Ghost, Stiff Little Fingers, Bokassa and Irish band Fangclub.

Fans travelling from Dublin city are strongly advised to book return travel to the concert in advance. To purchase return Dublin Bus tickets, click here.

Buses will depart between 11.00 and 16.00 from Western Way, Dublin 7 and the return service will operate directly after the event.

A discounted price of €30.00 for a return ticket (plus booking fee) is available up until 26th May, while tickets purchased up until 4th June will cost €40.00 for a return ticket (plus booking fee). A time slot must be booked.

As with most of Metallica’s WorldWired shows, every ticket purchased includes a choice of standard physical or standard digital copy of the band’s 10th and current album, Hardwired…To Self-Destruct.

All tickets include a free MP3 download of the show(s) attended, mixed and mastered by the team behind Hardwired…To Self-Destruct. The free full-show downloads can be obtained by scanning or entering the barcode from that show’s ticket stub at this location.
