With the gates of Bloodstock soon to be opened to the masses of metal-loving punters in just under 3 weeks, Overdrive and Jetrocker have prepared a night of awesome metal with live music, two floors, DJ set, drink promos and a chance for some lucky people to win one pair of weekend Bloodstock camping tickets and also a pair of tickets to see the legendary BLACK SABBATH in Dublin’s 3 Arena on January 2017. With a total value of tickets amounting up to €550.00, this is an opportunity not to be missed!
Winners will be announced on Saturday night and presented with the winning tickets, so for the love of all things metal, don’t miss out on this kick-ass night! ADMISSION IS FREE to all and entertainment will begin from approximately 8pm.
Following what has been a truly fantastic year for Metal 2 The Masses Ireland, this official Bloodstock Club Night will give us all a chance to raise our glasses in celebration of TEN TON SLUG, TWO TALES OF WOE and PSYKOSIS, who will be joining the bill and the representing Ireland’s fantastic metal scene. Not forgetting the very brilliant selection of bands from Northern Ireland: THE CRAWLING and RABID BITCH FROM THE NORTH, who will also be performing at this years Bloodstock.
Taking to the stage for the evening’s entertainment will be 80’s Metal tribute outfit, BURNING BULLET, who will be unleashing a set-list packed with classics from Ozzy, DIO, Scorpions, Judas Priest to Metallica and beyond!
A whole range of drink promos are set in place with Kentucky Bourbon 8.19% Barrel Ale at only €4.50, pitchers of beer €12, pizza & pint €10, cocktails and plenty of ice cold Iron Maiden’s Trooper & 666 ale, as well as Motörhead’s Snaggletooth cider in stock to wash down the banter and good tunes!
Bloodstock Open Air will be taking place on August 11th / 14th in Catton Park, Derbyshire with a line up that requires a multiple change of pants!!! As we mentioned, we will be giving away BLACK SABBATH tickets for their show in Dublin’s 3 Arena on Friday January 20th with thanks to MCD Productions. This will be the last ever time that Sabbath will be taking to a stage in Ireland and is also the first of their final eight shows, so it’s kind of a big deal! Tickets are on sale now for Black Sabbath with support from Rival Sons and can be purchased from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
