London-based death metal outfit Abhorrent Decimation have unfortunately had to pull out of their debut Irish tour due to their guitarist sustaining a hand injury. A recent comment from the band reads;
“Regretfully, owing to an injury Abhorrent Decimation are forced to withdraw from our upcoming Dublin & Limerick dates this weekend.
We are devastated to admit defeat and to not be able to pull off a contingency plan but the issue could not be rectified in a way that would ensure we would deliver our usual performance for you all. Rest assured, we will work with our agent to book more Ireland dates in the near future. We apologise to the promoters, fellow bands and fans that we have let down by not being able to perform these dates.”

Overdrive can now reveal that Two Tales of Woe will be performing instead taking the closing slot for the first of three Bloodstock Metal 2 The Masses Ireland semi-finals which kick off this Saturday night, April 15th in Fibber Magees on Parnell Street, Dublin 1.
Fresh from their mini-tour with Crowbar, Two Tales of Woe have been busy writing new material for their highly anticipated new album which will hopefully be available early next year, if not sooner.
Also performing on the night for the first instalment of quality Irish metal/stoner/rock bands completing semi-final A will be Call To Arms, Creep, Mother Mooch, Sectile and Sixth Extinction.
