Overdrive has been getting busy with Burnt Custom Drums, Ireland’s premier custom drum geniuses, to bring out a select line of bespoke custom designed drum kits that are totally original and a definite must have for any tub thumper.
Our first project was for Bipolar Empire drumming psycho and all round lovely bloke, Callum McAdam. The concept for Callum’s kit was based on a fractal design that flows between influences of HR Giger and touches of Pop Art print style.
Burnt Custom Drums main man Bobby Vickers wasted no time in stripping down the Bipolar kit and worked his magic in creating the kick ass kit that you see below. The entire project was filmed and will shortly be cut into a promo in the style of “Pimp My Ride” so watch this space.
