Papa Roach Dublin

Their bands eighth full-length album, F.E.A.R. is the most infectious and invigorating body of work to date. They preserve the robust riffs and swaggering rhythms that marked their initial call-to-arms, while seamlessly infusing cinematic electronic flourishes, sweeping hooks, and magnetic melodies. So expect some new material to be performed during the bands Dublin show!

Speaking of their catalog, 2015 also marks an important milestone for Papa Roach. It’s the 15th anniversary of their triple-platinum debut, Infest, which solidified them as hard rock leaders. Since then, they’ve paved the way for countless other acts to find success at both radio and on stage.

“INFEST is straight fire one-hundred percent,” declares Jacoby. “That’s when I realized the purpose of my life playing music. Infest was the opening statement. It’s the intro of who we were to become. It was just the top of the iceberg. That record is just as brutally honest and real as anything I’ve written to this day.”

Ultimately though, F.E.A.R. signifies a new dawn for Papa Roach. Jacoby leaves off, “I hope people walk away believing they can do anything.”

Support on the night comes from The One Hundred who have had a very impressive 2014 as it saw them playing around 50 UK shows including a gruelling month long stint with Hacktivist. The band also released their debut EP ‘Subculture’ in September and received considerable support across the media, no less than 20 Radio 1 plays now under their belt.

The band are currently squirreled away writing for their debut full length album, due for release in late 2015.. Mixing an eclectic combination of crushing guitars and infectious electronica, The One Hundred are a band have a unique home-grown approach to song writing which incorporates elements of metal, hip hop, rock and dance. Throw in Jacobs distinctively English rap-come-singing and you’ve got a band who will have you singing along, punching the air and screaming for more. They are the real deal. They are the new generation and should not be missed, so get in early and catch em live and in your face!
