TESTAMENT AND OBITUARY REVEAL CO-HEADLING ‘THRASH OF THE TITANS’ UK/EU DATES WITH DESTRUCTION AND GOATWHORE

Bay Area thrash icons Testament have confirmed their long-awaited return to Europe this autumn for a full-scale co-headline tour with death metal pioneers Obituary, under the banner of Thrash of the Titans.

Following a packed 2024 summer festival season and a hugely successful run alongside Kreator and Anthrax last year, Testament are set to storm some of Europe’s most iconic venues this October.

Joining them for this powerhouse trek will be German thrash legends Destruction, and New Orleans blackened death metal masters Goatwhore.

Speaking about the upcoming tour, Testament guitarist Eric Peterson commented:

“Alright! We are super excited to announce the beginning of our Thrash of the Titans campaign event! Coming to Europe this October with co-headliners Obituary and very special guests Destruction and Goatwhore!
We will have a special deep cut set along with classics and of course some new songs! Obituary will be doing a special set as well, performing their classic Cause of Death material, and Destruction will have a new record out too! Looking forward to seeing you all again out there! Long live thrash! Long live metal!”

Both Testament and Obituary will be preparing unique sets for this run, with Obituary planning a special performance focused around their landmark 1990 album Cause of Death. Meanwhile, Destruction will be bringing fresh material from their upcoming studio album, alongside the timeless thrash classics fans know and love. With Goatwhore opening the proceedings each night, expect a relentless evening of pure, unfiltered heavy music.
