Rising Metal crew, Words That Burn have been confirmed for next month’s Takedown Festival in Portsmouth, and will share the bill alongside the likes of Sleep Token, Skindred, Loath, Heart of a Coward and many more…

Taking place on Saturday, April 8th in Portsmouth Guildhall venue.

The line up features a blistering collection of bands including headliners, Skindred, Sleep Token, and also, INME, Loath, Heart of a Coward, Jamie Lenman, Palm Reader, Our Hollow Our Home, Seethign Akira, Red Method, and many more…

Words That Burn have recently released their third studio album, ‘Cut Throat Culture‘ via Blood Blast Distribution / Believe Digital. The album was mixed and mastered by Josh Schroeder [Lorna Shore, Butcher Babies, Kind 810] and features the singles, ‘Den of Lions‘, ‘You’re on Your Own’, ‘Fire At Will‘, and ‘Play God‘.

Commenting on the Takedown Festival booking, the band said:
