It will run until February 7th and many of the pieces that comprise the exhibit have featured as artwork for some of Ireland finest metal bands.
The rest of the exhibit is made up of selected personal work that delves deep into the underworld and brings back a primal, yet psychedelic vision of the past, present and future.
When asked about the exhibition, Colin commented;
“A lot of the newer work has a strong Celtic emphasis. Famous Celtic Irish artist Jim Fitzpatrick has been a major influence on me over the past few years. His books and artwork were the seed that spawned my eventual realisation that an artist has a duty to keep the old tales alive, whilst also forging a new path. My art is a tribute to the past and an arrow fired screaming to the future.”
The opening reception will take place in The Natural Foods Bakery on Paul Street from 18.30-19.30.
Signed prints will also be available on the night. You can also purchase the latest edition of prints at this location.
