Not only will this night be a whopper for awesome bands including Forced Out, Chewing On Tinfoil, Frustration, Driveway, The Winter Passing and Boardwalk., but the good people over at Demented Promotions are donating all proceeds to the Rape Crises Center.
The Dublin Rape Crisis Centre is a national organisation offering a wide range of services to women and men who are affected by rape, sexual assault, sexual harassment or childhood sexual abuse. Anyone, any age can call them on 1800 77 88 88 or email their counselling department at counselling@rcc.ie.
In addition to that; Deadweight Clothing, Guys With Beards Records, Kayleigh Forsythe Jewellery, POW! Cake That, Megan Raghalligh Illustrations and Moody Blue Vintage will have stalls set up with their wares for sale and they will each be donating a portion of their sales on the night to the cause.
Also, Merch Zombies are going to do up a limited run of DHC merch (more info on that, probably t-shirts for the spring) and all profits from them will be donated to the DRCC aswell.
As explained by Stephen McKell of Demented Promotions, “It would be awesome for you to come out and help celebrate Demented Promotions 8th Anniversary, see some of the best bands in Dublin, buy some cool new swag and all while raising money for a truely great cause and something I feel can’t ever get enough publicity or exposure so please share this out and invite your friends.”
