Prior to their crushing headline performance closing the main stage at Bloodstock Open Air earlier this month, Lamb of God’s Randy Blythe talks to us about the pressure of writing for the new album and much more…

When asked if he felt pressure with the sudden decision to begin working on a new album he responded; “I hate recording records, I like touring. The last record we had was extremely thought out, but this one was no time. I feel pressure with lyrics on all records but it just felt very fast. I’ve been doing this for 27-years so, it’s not like it was an¬†insurmountable task”.
