If you’ve had the pleasure of hearing the debut single, ‘The Golden Mean’ from Lock Horns forthcoming album ‘Red Room’, then it will come as no surprise when we tell you that new single/video, ‘Skin and Bones’ sees the band continuing to raise the bar in anticipation for the album’s release on May 31st.

Skin and Bones’ thunderous pulse surges with outrageous energy and technical proficiency, as band members pave way for a truly powerful aural experience that is only intensified when performed live.

Speaking of the new single, vocalist Alex De Costa says; “‘Skin and Bones’ is about falling into addiction, and self-sabotaging behaviour. The lyrics were written with the covid lockdowns in mind. The overarching themes are a lack of control and overindulgence”.

With regards to the video, guitarist Junior Afrifa commented; “We thought a visualiser would work best to show all the different elements that are in the lyrics. Working with an editor, we sourced around 100 different clips, and together chose the best clips. Visual ideas for this album have been ongoing for a very long time and it is great to finally get it out into the world”.
