From out of nowhere, the revelation was a little shocking to say the least, since they only shared a photo post with Frank standing with the band members. Additionally, only recently, Frank also shared a post, revealing that he’s currently in Norway.

From there we go to Hellfest, Tons Of Rock, ARTmania Festival, Grieghallen/Beyond the Gates (two nights in a row), Brutal Assault, Hellsinki Metal Festival, Alcatraz Festival, Bloodstock Open Air, and finally Næstved Metal Fest.”
It also added:
“In November we come to Latin America. As you can imagine, we look immensely forward to seeing all Satyricon Ultras across the world again. If we’re not playing anywhere near you, maybe you will travel to see us, if not we will meet later some day. This is going to be THE summer!”
Anthrax have not made any statement since the news broke and with their scheduled run of co-headline EU/UK dates this coming Autumn with Kreator, it’s uncertain whether Bello will be joining them, or if they will continue to use the services of original Anthrax bassist, Dan Lilker for those shows.
Bello left Anthrax back in 2004 for a brief period and toured with Helmet, while Armoured Saint/Mercyful Fate bassist, Joey Vera stepped in. It is unclear what exactly is happening in the Anthrax camp as drummer Charlie Benante is currently touring with Pantera and founding member, Scott Ian is out with Mr Bungle.
